SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time All orders are processed within 2-4 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a notification with your tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates We offer flat rate shipping via USPS based on the total weight of your order:

Delivery Times Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 3-7 business days
- Puerto Rico: 7-14 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or high-volume periods.
Shipping Destinations We currently ship within the United States and Puerto Rico only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your USPS tracking number. You can track your package at usps.com.
Lost or Stolen Packages Makaya Design is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by USPS. If you experience an issue, please contact USPS directly with your tracking number.
