REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will arrange an exchange at no additional cost to you. To report an issue, contact us at makayads01@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged item and your order number.

Sale items and gift cards Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable under any circumstances.
